These terms apply when you use Revvlift Atlas. By creating an account or connecting your Google Business Profile, you agree to them. If you are agreeing on behalf of a business, you confirm you are authorised to do so.

1. Who provides the service

Revvlift Atlas is provided by Revvlift, a sole proprietorship of Aswin S, registered in Tamil Nadu, India. Contact: avengers@revvlift.com.

2. What the service is

Revvlift Atlas reads your Google Business Profile and helps you manage it: it scores your profile, lists recommended improvements, shows your reviews and performance, and drafts suggested replies for your approval.

It is not a Google product. Revvlift Atlas is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or certified by Google. Google and Google Business Profile are trademarks of Google LLC.

3. Your account

• You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for everything done through your account
• You must give accurate information when signing up and keep it current
• You must be authorised to manage the Google Business Profiles you connect. Connecting a profile you have no right to manage is a breach of these terms and we may suspend your account for it
• If you invite other people to your account, you are responsible for what they do in it

4. Connecting your Google account

Connecting is optional, and you may disconnect whenever you like. While connected, you give us permission to read your Business Profile data as described in our Privacy Policy, and to publish changes you have approved.

We publish nothing without your approval. Every reply, edit or post is shown to you first and is only sent to Google once you approve that specific change.

5. AI-generated content

Review replies and review summaries are generated with the help of AI, and AI can be wrong. Drafts are suggestions, not finished work.

• You are responsible for reviewing anything before you approve it
• Once you approve a reply, it is your published statement, not ours
• Google moderates review replies independently and may reject one. We show you when that happens, but we cannot control or appeal Google's decision

6. What you may not do

• Use the service to post false, misleading, abusive or unlawful content
• Attempt to manipulate reviews — including soliciting fake reviews or having reviews removed improperly
• Access data belonging to another customer, or attempt to
• Reverse-engineer, scrape or resell the service without our written permission
• Use the service in a way that breaches Google's own terms or policies

7. Fees

Where a paid plan applies, the price, billing period and what is included are set out when you sign up or in your agreement with us. Fees are payable in advance and are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise. We will give you at least 30 days' notice before changing a price.

8. Availability

We work to keep the service running but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. The service depends on Google's APIs; if Google changes, limits or withdraws them, features may change or stop working. We will tell you if that materially affects what you are paying for.

9. Your data

Your data remains yours. We handle it as described in our Privacy Policy. You may export or request deletion of your data at any time. Your Google Business Profile always remains under your control and is unaffected if you stop using Revvlift Atlas.

10. Ending it

• You may stop using the service and close your account at any time
• We may suspend or end your access if you materially breach these terms, or if we are required to by law — with notice wherever it is possible to give it
• On closure, we delete your data within 30 days as set out in the Privacy Policy

11. Liability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we exclude all implied warranties, conditions and guarantees.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for:

• Indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, lost revenue, lost goodwill, or loss of business or opportunity
• Any effect on your search ranking, visibility, review scores or number of reviews. Google decides these. We give you information and suggestions; we do not control the outcome, and nothing here is a promise of results
• Anything caused by Google changing, limiting, suspending, rejecting or withdrawing its APIs, your Business Profile, or a reply you posted through us
• Content you approved before it was published, including AI-drafted replies — see clause 5
• Loss, corruption or unavailability of data caused by a third-party service we rely on
• Anything arising from your own breach of these terms, or from someone using your account because your login details were not kept secure

Where liability cannot lawfully be excluded, our total liability for all claims taken together is limited to the fees you actually paid us in the three months immediately before the event giving rise to the first claim. If you have not paid us anything, our total liability is limited to ₹1,000.

You are responsible for what you publish through the service. If a third party brings a claim against us because of content you approved, or because you used the service in breach of these terms or of Google's policies, you agree to cover the reasonable costs we incur in dealing with it.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded. Some of the limits above may not apply to you if the law where you live does not allow them.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. For material changes we will email you at least 30 days before they take effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept them.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts of Tamil Nadu have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, and we will both try to resolve it in good faith before going there.
