Privacy Policy
Last updated 13 August 2026 · Applies to Revvlift Atlas, at atlas.revvlift.com and app.revvlift.com
This policy explains what information Revvlift Atlas collects, why, how long we keep it, and how to get rid of it. It is written to be understood rather than to be comprehensive-sounding. If anything here is unclear, email avengers@revvlift.com and we will explain it.
1. Who we are
Revvlift Atlas is operated by Revvlift, a sole proprietorship of Aswin S, registered in Tamil Nadu, India. In this policy, "we" and "us" mean Revvlift; "you" means the person or business using Revvlift Atlas.
2. Google user data
Revvlift Atlas's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
What we access
When you connect your Google account, you grant us permission to access your Google Business Profile. With that permission we read:
- Your business information — name, address, phone number, website, opening hours, categories and description
- Your reviews, including the reviewer's display name and any replies already posted
- Your photos and posts, and when they were added
- Your profile performance statistics — impressions, calls, direction requests, website clicks, bookings, and the search terms people used to find you
- Your basic Google account profile — name and email address — to identify you when you sign in
Why we need this permission
We request the business.manage permission because Google's Business Profile
APIs do not offer a read-only alternative. It is the only permission that allows reading
business information, reviews, media and performance data. Although it also allows
changes to be written, we make no change to your Google Business Profile unless you
approve that specific change in our interface.
What we never do with it
- We do not sell your Google user data, and we never will
- We do not use it for advertising, ad targeting, or building advertising profiles
- We do not use it to train generalised artificial intelligence or machine learning models
- We do not transfer it to third parties except the service providers listed in section 6, and never for their own purposes
- Humans do not read your Google data except where you ask us to for support, where it is needed to investigate a fault or abuse, or where the law requires it
3. What else we collect
- Account information — your name, email address and password, so you can sign in. Passwords are stored hashed by our authentication provider; we never see them
- Things you write in the product — edited review replies, tone settings, notes
- Basic technical logs — IP address, browser type and timestamps, kept for security and fault-finding
We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking pixels, and we do not use analytics that profile you. The only browser storage we use is what keeps you signed in.
Our pages load a typeface from Google Fonts. Like any file requested from another server, this means your IP address reaches Google when a page loads. Google states it does not use Google Fonts requests to build advertising profiles. We mention it because it is the only request our pages make to a third party.
4. How we use it
- To show your Google Business Profile data back to you
- To calculate your profile health score and the list of recommended fixes
- To summarise your reviews and identify recurring themes
- To draft suggested review replies for you to approve
- To publish a change to your Google profile — only after you approve that change
- To operate, secure and support the service, and to contact you about it
We do not use your data for any purpose beyond providing this service to you.
5. AI processing
We use an AI provider to draft review replies, to summarise recurring themes across your reviews, and to judge whether a review reads as positive or negative. We use Anthropic (Claude), and may use Google (Gemini). Both are used under paid, business terms that prohibit the provider from using your data to train or improve their models.
Exactly what is sent
Only what the task needs, and nothing else:
- The text of the review, its star rating and its date
- The reviewer's public display name, as it appears on Google — so a reply can address them by name. This is the name they chose to publish alongside their review
- Your business name and category, so a reply sounds like it came from you
- The tone settings you have chosen
What is never sent
- Reviewers' email addresses, phone numbers or any contact details — we never receive these from Google in the first place
- Your account credentials or Google access tokens
- Your profile performance statistics
- Your address, phone number, opening hours or photos
Output comes back to you as a draft. Nothing is published anywhere without your approval.
6. Who we share it with
We share data only with the service providers needed to run Revvlift Atlas:
- Supabase — database and authentication hosting
- Vercel — application and website hosting
- Google — the source of your Business Profile data, and the sign-in provider
- Anthropic — AI processing, as described in section 5
- Google — AI processing via Gemini, where used, as described in section 5
Each processes data only on our instructions. Beyond this, we share your information only with people you have granted access to, and where we are legally required to. We do not sell your data to anyone, ever.
7. Where it is stored
Your data is stored in a managed database hosted in Mumbai, India. Some of our service providers may process data in other countries in the course of delivering their service; where they do, they are bound by contractual protections.
8. How long we keep it
- While your account is active — we keep your data so the product works and history stays meaningful
- After you disconnect Google — we stop syncing immediately. Data already collected remains until you ask us to delete it or close your account
- After you close your account — we delete your data within 30 days, except anything we are legally required to keep
- Technical logs — kept only as long as they are useful for security and fault-finding, and in any case no longer than 12 months. Our hosting and database providers also keep their own operational logs under their own retention periods, which they set and we do not control
9. Your rights
You can ask us at any time to:
- Tell you what data we hold about you
- Give you a copy of it
- Correct anything that is wrong
- Delete it
- Stop processing it
Email avengers@revvlift.com. We respond within 30 days and do not charge for it.
10. Deleting your data
Two ways, and you can use either:
- Disconnect Google — in the product, under Manage profiles. This deletes the Google access we hold for that profile, so we can no longer reach your Business Profile and all syncing stops immediately. It does not delete data we have already collected, and it cannot withdraw the permission held inside your own Google account — only you can do that, at myaccount.google.com/permissions. We recommend doing both
- Delete everything — email avengers@revvlift.com and we will erase your account and all data associated with it within 30 days, then confirm when it is done
Deleting your data with us does not affect your Google Business Profile. Your listing, reviews and photos stay with Google exactly as they were.
11. Security
Data is encrypted in transit, and encrypted at rest by our database provider. Access permissions are enforced at the database level, so one customer's data cannot be read by another even if our application has a fault. Access tokens for your Google account are held server-side only and are never sent to your browser. Only staff who need access to operate the service have it, and our internal administration screens are built so they cannot display your reviews or business details at all.
No system is perfectly secure. If a breach affects your data, we will tell you and the relevant authorities promptly.
12. Children
Revvlift Atlas is a business tool and is not directed at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
13. Changes to this policy
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top. For changes that materially affect how we handle your data, we will email you before they take effect.
