Google Business Profile management

Your Google listing is open 24 hours a day. Somebody should be watching it.

Most people decide whether to visit you before they ever reach your website — from your hours, your photos, and the last review somebody left. Revvlift Atlas shows you what that listing is doing, answers the reviews, and tells you the next thing worth fixing.

Why it matters

Nobody is neglecting their listing on purpose

It just isn't anybody's job. It sits outside your website, outside your social accounts, and outside whatever tool you already log into every morning.

Reviews go unanswered

A review sits there permanently, and the reply — or the silence — is the first thing the next customer reads. Most businesses answer the angry ones and forget the rest.

Details quietly go stale

Festival hours nobody changed back. A phone number from two premises ago. A category so generic it competes with every shop in the city.

The numbers go unread

Google reports how many people called, asked for directions, or searched their way to you — inside a dashboard almost no owner opens twice.

What it does

Four things, done properly

Profile health score

One number, and the reason behind it

Your profile is scored across four areas: how complete your information is, how healthy your reviews are, how active your content is, and how much people engage. Every point that's missing comes with the specific change that would earn it.

  • No vague advice — "add two more secondary categories", not "improve your SEO"
  • Tracked over time, so you can see whether the work paid off
  • Says plainly when something hasn't been measured, instead of scoring it zero

Reviews

Every review, and a reply already written

All your reviews in one list, with the ones still waiting pulled to the top. Each gets a draft reply written in your own tone — warm or formal, short or detailed, your call. You read it, change what you want, and approve.

  • Nothing is published until you approve it. There is no autopilot for a one-star review
  • Recurring themes pulled out of the review text — what people keep praising, and keep complaining about
  • Reviews you already answered on Google show as answered, with your reply

Performance

What people searched, and what they did next

Calls, direction requests, website clicks and bookings, tracked over time. Plus the actual words people typed into Google before they found you — which is where the surprises usually are.

  • See which searches bring people in, and which competitor's name they typed
  • Compare a month against the one before it, not against a number with no context
  • Honest about what Google hides — small counts show as "fewer than 15", never invented

Reports

A page you can actually hand to someone

A one-page summary of the month: where the score moved, what people said, what changed, and what's next. Written to be read in two minutes by someone who has never opened the dashboard.

  • Print or save as PDF
  • Agencies can put their own name on it
  • Every number on it comes from the same data as the rest of the tool

How it works

Three steps, and the third one is the only ongoing work

Connect your Google account

Sign in with the Google account that manages your business, and choose which locations to bring in. Google asks you to approve it — we never see your password.

See what's actually there

Your listing, reviews and performance load in within minutes, along with your first score and the list of what's worth fixing.

Work the list

Approve the replies, fix what's flagged, watch the score move. Ten minutes a week is usually enough once you're caught up.

Your data

What we do with your Google information

Connecting your account gives Revvlift Atlas permission to read your Google Business Profile. Here is exactly what that means, in plain terms.

What we read

Your business details, your reviews and replies, your photos and posts, and your profile performance statistics.

What we use it for

Only the features on this page — showing your data back to you, scoring your profile, summarising your reviews, and drafting replies for your approval.

What we never do

We don't sell your data, use it for advertising, or use it to train generalised AI models. We don't share it with anyone outside the people you've given access to.

Nothing changes without you

No reply, edit or post reaches your live Google profile until you approve that specific change.

Leaving is one click

Disconnect from your account settings at any time and our access is revoked immediately. Ask us to delete your stored data and we will, within 30 days.

Where it lives

Your data is stored on managed infrastructure in Mumbai, India, and is reachable only by you, the people you grant access to, and Revvlift staff operating the service.

Revvlift Atlas's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Full detail in our Privacy Policy.

Who it's for

Built for the people who own the shop

Cafés, clinics, salons, showrooms, studios, workshops — any business where people find you on a map and decide in thirty seconds. If you have more than one branch, each one gets its own score and its own list.

Agencies use it too, across every client they manage, with a separate login for each client who wants to see their own.

Who makes it

Revvlift

We're a marketing agency working with local businesses, and we built this because we were doing all of it by hand across a spreadsheet, three browser tabs and a monthly reminder. It's the tool we wanted to exist. Now it does, and you can use it too.

Questions

The things people ask first

Will it post things to my Google profile on its own?

No. Every reply, edit and post waits for you to approve that exact change. This is deliberate: a reply on a public review can't be taken back, so nothing goes out automatically — least of all on a one- or two-star review.

Do you need my Google password?

No. You sign in with Google directly, and Google asks whether you want to grant access. We never see your password, and you can withdraw the permission from your Google account or from ours whenever you like.

What happens to my data if I stop using it?

Disconnecting revokes our access immediately. Email us and we'll delete what we've stored within 30 days. Your reviews and profile stay with Google, where they always were.

Are the review replies obviously written by a machine?

They're drafts, in the tone you choose, and you edit them before anything is published. Google moderates review replies and rejects ones that read as generic and templated — so they're written to sound like a person, and you're the last check before they go out.

I have four branches. Does that work?

Yes. Each location gets its own score, its own reviews and its own report, and you switch between them. You can also give a manager access to only their branch.

Is this an official Google product?

No. Revvlift Atlas is an independent tool built by Revvlift. It connects to your Google Business Profile using Google's official APIs, with your permission. Google is a trademark of Google LLC.
